| Steps: |
| 1) Take the sterling disc stampings and punch a hole (approximately 2.5mm from the top of the disc) in each one using the Swanstrom hole-punch plier. |
| 2) Use the 600-grit polishing paper to texturize the metal by stroking the discs in half-circle patterns; repeat using the 1200-grit polishing paper. |

3) After reaching the desired texture, attach one silver disc to one walnut charm/pendant with a 5mm jump ring; use the Swanstrom chain-nose pliers to open and close the jump ring. |
|
4) Attach the 5mm jump ring to the ear wire with a 4mm jump ring; use the chain-nose pliers to open and close the jump ring. |
| 5) Repeat steps 3 and 4 on the remaining disc, pendant, ear wire and jump rings to create the second earring. |
